Terry served as the 2002 President of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, and served on their Board of Directors for several years. He also served as an effective real estate instructor for Northern Colorado College of Real Estate and Front Range Community College for over 8 years.

Terry's Administrative Assistant is Oui. Oui obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado State University, and a Master's Degree from Denver University. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand where she studied accounting and worked for the U.S. Army, Oui speaks three languages fluently, and assists Terry in managing a team of experienced professionals and handles administration and case management, as well as in merchandising duties.
